Description
The 1 euro cent coin of Italy is a small, circular coin made of copper-plated steel. On the obverse side, it features the denomination, "1 CENTESIMO" and the European Union's 12-star circle symbol. On the reverse side, it features the national emblem of Italy, which is a representation of the head of the Roman god, Zeus. The coin is legal tender in Italy and is widely used in everyday transactions.
