Description
This coin features an intricate design that depicts a serpent entwining a staff, which is a symbol of the god of healing, Asclepius.
The obverse side features the denomination "20 EURO" and the year of issue "2019", as well as the face value "20 EURO" and the name of the country "REPUBLIK ÖSTERREICH"
The reverse side depicts the serpent creator and the inscription "HEILER" (healer) and the mintmark of the Austrian Mint.
The 20 euro coin of Austria is legal tender in Austria but it is de facto a collectible item, due to limited mintage and selling price much higher then 20 €.
